I’m going to keep this post short and sweet as I am already behind in posting it. As you can see, October was not the best reading month for me. I am only 7 books away from my Goodreads reading challenge of 75 books for the year so I am hoping to reach my goal by the end of November.

April Reading Goals
March was the first month that I had read one of my Book of the Month selections so I want to read two in April to catch up on that yearly goal.
I want to make this month my best reading month so far by reading 9 books.
As I previously said in my April TBR, I would like to read at least half of the remaining V.E. Schwab novels that I have not gotten to yet.
What was your favorite book of March?
As I have already mentioned most of these titles, I am going to give you my biggest like and dislike about each one.
Shadow and Bone – ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Like: I love the Grishaverse. I mean, who doesn’t? I enjoyed learning more about Grisha and the way they work, interact, etc.
Dislike: As a reread, I felt like this fell more flat than I remember it the first time. Siege and Storm – ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Like: I am glad that the story picks up more than the first book. And then everyone’s favorite character, Nikolai. Did you know that he was initially meant to die at the end of Siege and Storm?
Dislike: The romance between Mal and Alina. They are just an infuriating young couple.
